This week's Growing in Unity gal is Tam. She will be inspiring you all week with fabulous projects using Unity stamps.
This is Tam:
Here is a little something about Tam:
"Hi, I'm Tam. I'm a stay at home mom with a background in Fashion design. I have been happily married for 20 years to my best friend. I have 3 beautiful children 24,19, and 17. I started scrapbooking which led me to Splitcoast Stampers and that's where I first saw Unity. Unity Stamps are adorable! Every time I see a new kit, I love them even more. I am still learning paper crafting, but it's much easier when you can use awesome stamps like Unity. I love crafting. Love trying new things. The Unity Design Team is amazing! I love checking out all the awesome projects. I'm no where near the Design Team but love all the inspiring goodies on the Unity blog. It's a pleasure to be GIU!"
Here are two wonderful projects from Tam:
Since we are still in the middle of the holiday season we are going to carry over this week's Unity Addicts Challenge, so you will get an extra week to play along with this one. The challenge is to make/decorate a gift bag or wrapping paper. Come post to the forum HERE.
Be sure to swing by Tam's every day this week for lots of inspiration! I know she will have some amazing creations to share with you. At the end of the week Tam will pick a random winner from all her wonderful comments and that person will win a fabulous Unity prize!
If you have a challenge idea we want to hear it, come by this thread to let us know. Maybe you will be the next Unity Addict Challenge Guest!!
Thanks for stopping by!
Till next week!

Where do you begin creating with photos from generations past?
What do you wish you knew about your parents when they were growing up? What life lessons do you want to pass on to your children?
How do you document the challenging times in your life?
How do you create layouts that tell special stories when you don't have any photos?
“The benefit of looking to the past is that we gain perspective. We see things differently after developing an awareness of what we know and what we wished we knew. Looking back, even if we're just viewing old photos of people we don't know, can change the way we approach the photos we take and the stories we tell today.”

Hello Unity Friends! It's Emily here with a post all about girlfriends. You know, the ones that stick by you through thick and thin, the ones that really understand you and say the right things when you need it the most.
For my first card, I created a background using the 'daisy for you' and 'love for us' stamps from the December Kit - Just Be You. The main sentiment 'hello girlfriend' is from the October Kit - Take Time To Laugh which was adhered to a floral embossed panel. I added a twine and button flower accent to finish.
My second card uses the cute retro telephone stamp from the December Kit - Just Be You popped on nesties and embellished with twine. The background is a cascade of two tiny images from the October Kit - Take Time To Laugh. I rounded opposite corners of the card to balance the white space.
I hope you all have a fabulous week leading up to the New Year!
