i used to be notorious for the words "i'm sorry"
when i was a little girl i apologized profusely for EVERYTHING.
it was a silly little quirk of mine.
i have this amazing and BEAUTIFUL group of girlfriends that have brought that to a significant HALT.
they REFUSE to let me apologize for silly little things.
constantly reminding me to JUST BE ME.
let go.
NO sorry. ever. no matter what.
i love that.

so far... i try hard...but...
i haven't perfected the concept. i will confess.
often times i over think things and feel as though i need to apologize simply for over thinking.

i guess it is not ALL bad. it just is what it is. it is part of me....and that is alright - it is just all the OTHER parts of me, i need to STOP apologizing for.
